Recoverybreathing.com is developed by Marius Blomstervik from Norway. Based on his years of practice and study on the breathing function, the result of this breathing practice on Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) was discovered by chance after a workout while immersed in a period of deep meditative practice with superslow breathing. The effect was so clear, so obvious, so interesting, and containing so much potential for people struggling with not only pain and recovery from exercise, but also other types of muscle-based pain. After an intensive study of the available science, inspired by the innovative thinking of Ray Peat and the experience of an ancient breathing practice (Tummo), Marius was able to clarify the method and concept of Recovery Breathing so anyone can enjoy the results.
